Thanksgiving break is over

So we only have 18 days left, which is good, but I'm still nervous because of all the college applications I still have to fill out S:

One of the movies I've been looking forward to seeing the most this year is, without a doubt, "Unbroken". Directed and produced by the well known and talented Angelina Jolie. The movie is set during WWII and narrates the story of Louis Zamperini, "A rebel who became a champion, a champion who became a survivor,a survivor who wouldn't be broken"

Listen Up

I highly recommend the book "The Wisdom of Psychopaths" by Kevin Dutton. His arguments on the positive side of being a psychopath along with some other studies regarding this controversial personality disorder are very interesting and worth reading + he's got a bizarre sense of humor which I enjoyed very much.

I've been thinking about getting a new bass. I really like the Fender Aerodyne 4-string Jazz Bass :D the design and the sound are incredible :3

Today feels kind of weird. There's so much going on in the world right now it's hard not to worry about it.


Anyway, tomorrow I'm going to spend all day practicing my Swedish because it's a great language!

I'm looking forward to seeing the movie "Interstellar" this weekend. Christopher Nolan is a mad genius. He's one of the greatest without a doubt, I'm also planning on watching series and movies on Netflix all day :D

Tuesday was a horrendous day for the Democrats for they lost control of both the Senate and the House. This didn't surprise me that much. Obviously people got tired of  the way they were handling foreign policy as well as other issues.

I love the juxtaposition between the sad and-for some people terrifying theme of the holiday and the happy colors and parties that are used to celebrate/represent it.

Lately I've been listening to classical music quite a lot. I find it extremely relaxing and beautiful.

My all-time favorite classical composers are (obviously) Mozart, Beethoven, Paganini, and Chopin just to mention a few, and my al-time favorite modern composers are Hans Zimmer, Ludovico Einaudi, Thomas Newman, and Steve Jablonsky.
